Family Enrichment Education Forums, USA (FEEFs, USA)/is Inviting You and your family on Sunday Baada Ya Kanisa from 3-5:30 PM. EST. Welcome to our Virtual Zoom Creative Parenting and Interactive Talks. Our Audience is -Parents, Guardians, Teachers, Children & Teens. Also we welcome interested community leaders who minister to families. The most important resource individuals can access is people in the Diaspora Community. On Sunday December 19, I am inviting the Diaspora Community to participate in a lively discussion about safety and discipline during the holidays.
For the last 12 years, Creative parenting has offered free community events annually. However, throughout the year, the workshop is offered for a fee whether virtual, or in- house. FEEFs, USA offers Certificates for Community Service, or other purposes for those who qualify by attending the in-house minimum 4-hour event.
This holiday season, our presenters have volunteered their time and expertise for the community. Taking advantage of this season’s workshop on Safety and discipline is our gift to all families with children and youth at home, the community and in the Churches. The workshop is interactive and offers a session for presentation from a team of experts as follows: Overall of creative parenting by Wambui Njoroge, Family conflict resolution with Lucy McCullum, What is Parent Leadership Cathreen Kahoro, and Prevention and intervention in mental health for families across the ages by Rosalind. Kamau. Psalm 133-How pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. It is in our unity that God commands the blessing and life evermore.
The Audience- There will be an interactive session for questions and answers-No one parent or adult in Diaspora knows it all. We come together to enrich each other. We believe that we can succeed as a community because we are working together in unity for the lives of families in Diaspora. As the African saying goes, To go fast you go alone, to go far, we go together. Parenting is for the long haul. Together we are the newest African village in Diaspora. We mean it when we say, It takes a village to raise a child. Even though this Village is different from where many grew up. We have the power and the resources to make it. Together we can – Iron sharpens iron, come and let us talk about safety and discipline through the holidays. Children, teenagers and parents are coming home for Christmas…sit down and let us plan for a successful holiday season. Season’s greetings. Expect the Best.
