Diaspora Valid Dreams: Betty Achapa, A Rare jewel In The Community

I happened to come across an article in one of the Diaspora whatsapp group and it was such a good listening that made me recollect my past as the lady was just like addressing me.

Betty clearly illustrated the difference between a want and need,… think of a need being something required for survival. Needs are water for drinking, food to eat, clothing to keep you warm, and shelter to live in. On the other hand, a want is everything else. Wants are there to make life a little more enjoyable. A big house that you live in and has bedrooms you don’t need and paying a 30 year mortgage for a want that was not necessary. That extra money which facilitated the want can be used for future.

I will not elaborate further but you better listen to it and many of her videos on youtube for it may save you some dollars in your future life.

Welcome to financially stimulate me with MsBFinance101 where I show you how to start saving and planning financially to always pay yourself first. I am MsBFinance101:

Your Money doctor for investments, stocks, side hustles, debt management, life insurance, savings and budgeting . I was just like you a few years back struggling to prioritize my needs and wants. Attending every fundraising event just to make others happy but staying up at night worried about  retirement or my bills and unable to fund myself in an emergency.  The money I was sending to Kenya to help others outweighed my emergency savings.

The day, I realized only 10 people ever cry at your funeral according to public statics, I stopped caring about how people think of me and focus only on those who matter most to me… Started paying myself first by investing the little that I had. I quickly realized that banks were just taking money from me and giving me zero returns . I had to start looking at other ways to make money and save to make money. You will learn proven ways on how to use
your energy well and be intentional in your money spending habits.
Keep your circle small but relevant.

If you figure out money, life is incredibly easy.

If you don’t figure out money, life is incredibly hard.

Debt is over your head and you are living paycheck worrying at night on how you are going to make it, I am here to help you learn how to spend less and earn more.

How to make money while you sleep and most importantly how to always put yourself first!
