FEAR OF GOD WILL CURB CORRUPTION IN AFRICA

Africa as a continent is big and rich to stand by itself but its leaders have been taken by greed and lack of knowledge.
If truly God is indeed embedded in people’s hearts, there wouldn’t be such things as corruption and robbing innocent people as the fear of God will not allow people to do such things.

Christian religious education is a subject taught in Kenya but I think they need to implement it further and guide all the citizens in learning proper God’s teaching, for it will benefit everyone as a whole.

The Israelite were given laws to govern them but they too failed. Therefore brother or sister, I believe that people knowing and understanding that God sees everything done in secret or in open, will give them certain principles to avoid displeasing him and hence the love for the country and her citizens development. One build and keep ones place clean and Kenya is their only home to be proud of but others just visit but home is home to most citizens.
I suggest if all believers ask for God intervention, it will come through his will, as rules and threats alone will not help unless they implement corporal punishment.
I suggest we all pray for our leaders and citizens as a whole to realize a country free from corruption.
Thank you.

I agree with you. Kenya will be delivered by People fearing and obeying the Lord.

There has to be some seriousness in this Gospel we proclaim.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Deut 28 speaks it very well. God told the children of Israel. “If you disobey me, l will allow all the calamities.

Likewise if you obey me it shall be well with you. All what we see in Kenya is because people have walked away from God.

If only our Spiritual eyes would be opened, we would have a better Kenya or rather better World.

But our disobedience has brought all these evil.

Its the high time we rise up as a church and obey the Lord.

Otherwise we Are not SAFE

So true.  And when people realize that the wrong you do, you will pay. Because nobody gets away with it.

You might steal to be rich but that foolishness.  You could get sick and all that money goes to the doctor.
And worse yet, God punishes disobedience down to the 4th generation.  When people understand that, they will stop because they will pay,…. their children will pay and their children’s children will pay as well.

If that doesn’t wake anybody up, nothing will, they will just have to pay the hard way.

Amen Mom, it is true. Lack of the fear of God especially among believers is the cause of all we are seeing in our nation and in the world. We have failed to be the light and the salt we are called to be.

Instead of the believers influencing the world with our lifestyle of holy living,  the opposite has happened.

We are called not to conform to the patterns of this world, in other words we are called to be different so we can attract the people in the world.

At night a butterfly can fly a very long distance to the direction where it  spots a light in darkness, it is not so with the church today.

There is so much worldness in the church that we have lost our effect.

As a Born again parent, how much influence do I have on my children ( future leaders) do they consider me a real deal ( I don’t mean being perfect) do I say one thing and live the contrary?.

As a minister, am I a real deal or do I preach one thing and live contrary.  For Kenya to change the Church in Kenya has to change.

May the Lord help us.
